According to the research on the promotion,wireless collector, of ZheJiang electric power company, this thesis proposes a method to solve the problem that the communication between the watt-hour meter and wireless collector.The thesis emphasis on the communication technology of watt-hour meter and collector, and prove the feasibility and advanced of the bluetooth through lots of experiments.Bluetooth technology is powerless and stable in the short distance, and it is low cost and good quality. It is used in the electronic equipments and develops rapidly, especially in the computers, mobile phone etc. But it is rarely used the power industry.The thesis researches on the communication between the watt-hour meter and acquisition terminal in power user electric energy data acquire system. According to comparing of RS485, infrared communication, Bluetooth, power line carrier,wireless since network, the bluetooth meets the requests of the watt-hour meter reading in the city.1) Analysis the feature of different application and communication, propose the improvement of communication in the collection system.2) Analysis the application of RS485 and mixed circuit, especially in the power ammeter and collector.3) To elaborate the unreasonableness of communication technology between the power ammeter and collector in the collection system, by comparison of RS485, infrared communication, power line carrier, wireless since network.4) By compared with other communication technology, the Bluetooth is feasible and advanced.
