Another,this thesis mainly researches on the architecture and key technologies respectively,based on different types of business process management system,and presents an ideal architecture of business process management system.In the end,this thesis describes an instance of business process management system for the insurance enterprise to improve dynamic management,customer relationship management,and introduces an approach of implementation of business process management system.
