Along with rapid development of the computer and the network technology, the application of the Internet and Intranet has become more and more popular in the global scope day by day. Now information automation functions wider and wider and raises our work efficiency significantly, which has made a great contribution to rapid development of the world.ASP.NET is a new generation developing platform of web application program, and it is a compiled development environment that is based on .NET. It has provided all essential services in which application program of enterprise layer is produced. Based on the generation of .NET FRAMEWORK, the whole frame can be used in any ASP.NET application program. And we can use any kind of language that is compatible with CLR (including VISUAL BASIC.NET,C# and JSCRIPT.NET) to establish application programs.Performance appraisal management is an important part of the modern human resource management, and performance appraisal means to assess the appraised person's working performance (such as job quantity, quality and social efficiency), working ability, working attitude and individual moral, and to decide whether the appraised person is qualified with the job or not.According to the regulation of performance appraisal for Sanming Electricity Power employees, the system has been developed by ASP.NET(C# language) and Oracle database platform, and succeeded in assessing the whole process of working including signing contract, feedback of result, appraisal of working quality, which helps the managers to control the working process and to provide evident for rewarding or punishing the employee.
