Design And Performance Testing Of Vocallo Media Gateway Software Application Scheme

In the market, there have been many related types of products. The core of this article, Vocallo media gateway software is one of them, it is to provide audio, video processing functions.At first, this paper described the components, classification, protocols and feature of the media gateway system in detail,then illustrated Vocallo media gateway software on the system structure. Because the main objective of the article is the application design of the Vocallo media gateway software, it is necessary to fully understand its API and function. so the article also made a introduction of its API in detail. Then, the author combined the practical application situation, proposed the overall design ideas and illustrated the process of Establishing audio channels, video channel and the audio and video conference ,which included commands, command parameter, return information, and so on. Finally, this paper carefully tested the function and performance of the gateway software using designed application examples. The purpose is to compare with the product performance index what the manufacturer gave. At the same time, some disadvantages in the software design of Media gateways could be found.
