With the development of Information Technology, especially the popularityof network technology, communication technology and multimedia technology,the remarkable improvements have been achieved on the running speed ofcomputer, width of broadband and data compression. Videoconference, distancelearning and Intemet live broadcasting based on the Internet which all requirehigh quality performance emerge a food increasing tendency. Synchronizationeffect of audio and video frequency has been become the hotspot which has beenattached great importance by the computer and media controlling professionals.Comparing with the traditional media technology, Stream Media technology hasmore convenient and extensive foreground. The development of Steam Mediatechnology has great signality in China which can release the synchronizationeffect of tbe streams of audio and video problems caused by network transmissionand broadcasting controlment. At the same time, it also tries to improve theStream Media service quality of P_Qos based upon network without Qos.This paper has explored improvement and optimization of algorithms whichhave been applied to the media compression, media stream transmission,decryption and media presentation. In order to obtain fine audio-visual effect,measures have been proposed to decrease or eliminate various adverse factorswhich cause the horal variance of audio-video stream.This multimedia synchronization control is based on the source anddestination regulation.A synchrony is detected by watching the buffer level of thesink. Once an asynchrony is discovered,corrective transmission and playingrates,which is decided by the control function,is adopted by the source anddestination in order to restore synchrony.This system has been designed to focus on the current network situation anddisadvantages of existing media playing system. It has certain research andpractical value to the construction of the Stream Media service system of ourcountry.
