Along with the development of information technology, in recent years the computeroperation speed, network bandwidth and data compression technology has significantdevelopment. On the network to bandwidth and QoS requirements for quality high videoconference, video chat system, video monitoring system, Internet broadcast system obtainsthe rapid development, thus improve the audio and video synchronization effect has becomean important research hotspot, and by the global calculation media control researchers attachgreat importance. The development of people’s living standards have important practicalsignificance, and can enrich People’s Daily communication and communication way.Based on the existing audio/video chat system research and the existing audio and videosynchronization algorithm analysis and comparisons. This system is designed based on mediatransmission the double buffer and the double side synchronous control of audio/video chatsystem. This system in the acquisition, sending, receiving, played several stages are optimized.The key technology of system design are: audio and video collection technology, codingcompression technology, transmission technology, receive broadcast technology, buffertechnology, audio and video synchronization technology, audio and video performanceprocess control technology, etc.This paper work is as follows:1, through consulting a large number of literature and research streaming mediaacquisition technology, coding compression technology, transmission technology, receivebroadcast technology, buffer control technology, design a set of optimization of the audio andvideo chat system.2, this system in the sender and receiver have buffer, the buffer is a bidirectional circularlinked list structure, this structure can be easily in any position to insert, and delete operation.3, the system of sending end according to send buffer occupancy situation, adjust thesending end acquisition/code rate, at the same time sending end based on the receiving end offeedback at the receiving end buffer the occupied level of audio and video synchronizationand adjust its media transmission speed, this is a kind of double buffering collaborativecontrol audio and video synchronization technology.4, this system design a control acquisition/code rate and transmission speed of thealgorithm, this algorithm can ensure system in synchronous tolerance range play audio andvideo data, and through the smoothing formula assurance system state won’t because thenetwork short unrest and appear frequent severe fluctuation. This system is aim at our country at present the network status and the existing mediatransmission broadcast system deficiency and design, to our country streaming mediaapplication system construction has a certain research and practical value.
