Silica reaction kettle as silica production enterprises of the most important equipment, its status and functions are irreplaceable. Whether control system of reaction kettle is normal plays a decisive role in high-efficiency production. With China's economic rise, domestic rubber and tires, coating, and other industrial high-speed development stimulated domestic of silica strong demand, foreign silica production enterprises in China, and also flocked to the big cake. How can domestic silica enterprise hold the big market? That is constantly update production technology and equipment, improve product quality and production efficiency, but many domestic silica production enterprise silica reaction kettle control system is hard to meet the demand for real production, equipment control update is imperative.This topic to precipitated silica reaction kettle control system as background, through reconstruction electrification of precipitation of silica production process, the reaction kettle structure and production environment, puts forward the research and analysis applied programmable logic controller (PLC) as the main control unit control system to replace the old relay-contact control system scheme. Using the electromagnetic and turbine flowmeter metering mode of acid, alkali and water ratio and flow control.Through thermal resistor sensor collect temperature signal of the liquid in the reactor, A/D conversion later get the digital quantity and superordination machine to compare internal value of PLC, using fuzzy PID control method, ensure control temperature reaches of liquid process requirements. Through PH sensors collect PH value of liquid in the reaction kettle, A/D conversion get the digital quantity and superordination machine to compare internal value of PLC controlled by PID, to realize the process requirements.The thesis combines the mechatronics system reliability related theory, analyzes the impact of silica reaction kettle control system reliability factors. According to the results of analysis will influence the reaction kettle silica the main factors of controlling system reliability that are field interference and system fault. Combined with the reaction kettle of field work condition put forward and design a series of increasing the white carbon black reaction kettle control measures related to the reliability of the system.
