Especially medical research as relatively independent areas and its evaluation systemin in medcal research laboratory still not perfect and systemic. Developing a scientific and rational performance evaluation system to further promote dynamic development and survival of the fittest is imperative in medical research Laboratory. It is the common goal and valuable research of the majority of scientific management.Research method1. System AnalysisWe focus on medical research laboratory as a system for research design and pay attention to the various factors that impact evaluation of medical research Laboratory of relationship and structure. From the relationship of system environment, system structure, system functions to study the rules and principles of medical research laboratory performance evaluation.Then we dynamical analysis major and minor factors which affect construction and evaluation of medical research laboratory.2. Literature research methodIn this study, we use journal databases and Internet, widely accessible to laboratory evaluation of literature, magazines and books. According to analyze basic characteristics of the medical research laboratory which in Guangdong Province, we combined index system and evaluation methods of domestic and international laboratory to establish general idea and principles for perfomance appraisal system of medical research laboratory.3. Delphi methodRely on knowledge and experience of expert; we screened the initial construction of evaluation indexs and the evaluation of specific information. We used SPSS calculated Kendall's W, the first round of the Kendall coefficient is 0.789 (χ2= 1,111.899, P<0.001), the second round of the Kendall coefficient is 0.877 (χ2= 1,368.664, P<0.001). On the basis of expert advices, we repeatedly modified the evaluation index system, and ultimately system is composed of 5 firstly level indicators,15 secondary indicators and 33 third indicators.4.AHPIn this topic, according to analyze the characteristics of medical research laboratory, we made sub-class discussed for factors which impact assessment. Through pairwise compared factors that impact assessment, we determined the importance of different factors.So we arrived at the relative imprtance of various factors that affect medical research key laboratory evaluation. 5. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluationBased on the principle of fuzzy mathematics, this study established a comprehensive evaluation model and integrated medical research laboratory performance evaluation system to field study.6. Statistical Analysis25 medical research laboratory self-assessment tables for experimental study, the recovery are 100%. After statistical analysis, the total questionnaire Cronbach's a value is 0.935, proved that the reliability of self-assessment form is better. According to correlation analysis on indexs and total scores,correlation analysis and rank sum test on total scores,proved the validity of self-assessment form is better.Reliability and validity is so better that proved the performance evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation system are scientific,objective and operation.7. ProgrammingWe used Visual BASIC computer programming techniques to develop information management software which is workable and interated assessment.Results1. We used Delphi and AHP build a set of performance evaluation index system of medical research key laboratory.Through statistical analysis, the level of coodination of experts'advices and authority are line in with requirement.2. We used established evaluation index system for exprimental study. As a rezult of statistical analysis, the reliability,validity and discrimination of index system are better.3. Developed computer system evaluation software that maches performance evaluation system of medcal research key laboratory.Conclusion As an important base for production and research, medical research key laboratory promote basic and applied basic research, improved the level of technological innovation and high-tech research level. However, there is not performance evaluation index system in medical field can not meet the requirment of medical research key laboratory'dynamic development. Therefore, in order to make the medical research key laboratory has continuing research active and ensure quality of labor operation, we need to establish a research key laboratory performance evaluation system. In this study, we synthetically used various methods to establish a set of perfomance evaluation index system of medical research key laboratory. We did prelimary discussion in evaluation methods and perfomance evaluation index system of medical research key laboratory which is a useful attempt.
