With the spread and development of information technology (IT), educationinstitutions have gradually carried out information technology construction work, andtherefore information technology will better serve the development of education andteaching. The research is basedon both scene observing and customer interviewing, upon which detailed SRS isdescribed; through detailed system analysis, the study focuses on how the art softwaretechnology is used in laboratory management, and gives a detailed scheme of systemdesign and implementation.2. According to the scheme, with the adoption of J2EE technology and applicationof SQL Server data, meanwhile under the frame of the combination of Extjs Ajax andSSH2, it achieves the B/S three-tier software systems upon JAVA platform.3. Firstly, software system supports the supermarket management subsystem.Students, teachers can buy or borrow the necessary experimental teaching materials.What’s more, laboratory supplies have achieved unified management. The articleoperation records will provide accurate statistics for leadership decision making.Secondly, it achieves a laboratory-based business management subsystem, as thesoftware regulates those management routine laboratory services, such as assetmanagement, attendance, performance evaluation, award-winning, laboratoryconstruction, etc. Thirdly, Laboratory services with the audit management subsystem is available, lab administrators can submit online supplies requisition and audit onlinestudents’ appointments. Head of the supermarket may submit purchase requisitions, andlaboratory leaders can review various types of online applications, which improvesefficiency at the same time standardizes laboratory management. Fourthly, it provides acomprehensive laboratory data management subsystem, which is used as acomprehensive showcase for teaching experiment. Moreover, it provides leadership thefunction of detailed statistics and analysis. Fifthly, it works out the software systemmanagement subsystem, which managements all users and roles within the system, andprovides detailed logs and system performance monitoring for the systemadministrators.4. It turns out that the developed laboratory management system for the artuniversity fully satisfies all the users’ requirements specification after a comprehensivefunctional testing and performance testing. Currently, the system has been formallylaunched in Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, running in good condition.
