In the last few years, along with the unceasingly thorough reform of China, and the unceasing reform and adjustment of system and mechanism of business management, it has been more and more difficult and complex for each business department to analyze and handle all the world of information, and methods of the traditional administration management have not been able to adapt the need of the adminis:ration situation development and the work. The massive information is difficult to manage through the traditional method; In light of this situation, companies need the computer technology to process the daily management. This subsystem is designed in view of this question.Roles of this CRM contain employee, manager, department and enterprise. Each kind of role has different features and the jurisdiction. Along with the information inflation in the modern society, this kind of administration management system can be more and more popular.The paper designs and implements a customer relationship management system, which mainly involves three function modules----the customer information management, customer information statistics and system parameter settings. Each module can be deployed and used as a separate subsystem. During the development of the system, my work is as follows:1. Analyze and study the importance of CRM in the process of the enterprise development. According to the present situation of the enterprise management and the development needs of the enterprise, I demonstrate the necessity for the customer relationship management to employ high-tech and put forward the urgency for the development and application of the customer relationship management system.2. Due to the insufficiency of the enterprise management in customer relationship status and the theory of functional requirements of personnel management, based on thoughts and methods of personnel management, the paper completed the research and analysis of the customer relationship management system, requirement analysis, functional design and database design, according to the software engineering idea.3. According to the present basic data of the customer relationship management, the paper proves the efficiency of the customer relations data analysis and application system to be satisfactory.This paper introduces the development and key technology of High Teaching MIS(HTMIS) and presents a practical development instance, in which we employ the structure of B/S, take advantage of.NET and some principles of software engineering and realize the link and access to a database with ADO.NET and the dynamic user-right configuration based on the technique of xml. This paper also presents the system characteristics and some future work in view of the actual use of the system.
