It is developed through JAVA and runs in WEB choosing three frames such as struts, spring and hibernate. The system includes two ports, the enterprise user and the security organ user, which are safely connected through VPN based on internet web. After the practical running of the system, it is concluded that the information management is a helpful supplement for the traditional management by solving the problems in it. The information management system has made great contribution to reliable toxic chemicals management and the improvement of public security organ. As society progresses, the prosperous vision could be anticipated for information technology to be extensively applied in dangerous chemicals management.
