The Design And Implementation Of The Hanting District Public Security Organ ’s Equipment Management System

Public security material management is facing more challenges with the development of public security informationization and high-tech weapons. The flow of relevant materials and equipments are complex and is of rapid rhythmic for public security departments. It is important to find an efficient safe way for material management. Conventional material management methods are inefficiency and can not archive the balance and optimization of manpower and financial capacity. The informationization construction of public security material management has become an important problem to solve for public security management departments.In this thesis, a public security management system is proposed. The status in quo of public material management of Weifang city was researched in this thesis. First, the feasibility and the necessity are studied and the foreign and domestic research on public security material management is investigated. Then, the key technology on public security material management is well studied. The framework, the functions and the model of the proposed system are analyzed according to the requirement analysis of the users. The proposed system uses a B/S structure, the C# language for programming and SQL Server 2008 for system database. Anti-virus software and firewall are installed for the safety and efficiency of the proposed system. After the completion of the system, lots of data test and function test were implemented to meet the demand of public security material management. The proposed system was proved to be a practical and robust system, which decreases the operation cost and enhances the capability of public security material management.
