Design And Implementation Of Public Security Information Management System Based On .NET Framework

The public security organ is an important part of national institutions,play a very important role for the national and social stability and harmony.Especially after entering the twenty-first Century,the problem of a lot of new social contradictions have appeared in front of the Public Security Department of the public security department,therefore need to explore some new methods to solve.In 2003 August,the national development and Reform Commission proposed the "Golden Shield Project" project,the main goal is refers to the use of modern computer technology,efficiency and realize public security department to combat crime,improve the criminal investigation level public security organs.The public security information system "as the research category of Golden Shield Project" project,more and more attention by the public security section.This as a starting point,using the method of computer technology and software engineering,the construction of a set of public security information management system.In order to achieve the above goals,this paper according to the basic principle of software engineering,requirement analysis,the public security information management system overall design,detailed design and implementation and testing.In the needs analysis phase,to determine the system should have the function,mainly including front desk management mainly includes the website home page,the public security news,publicity of policing,fire safety,traffic management,traffic police remind,investigation and case reporting,online wanted,document signing,online service and online asked political.Background management mainly includes the system configuration,information management,account management,polls and online asked political,and formalized description by the unified modeling language in which the use case diagram of user needs;in the system design stage,through the characteristic analysis of advantages and disadvantages of B/S architecture and C/S architecture and combining with the system,the final choice of B/S architecture as the system software architecture.At the same time,according to the demand analysis stage of the formation of the demand,further refinement,draw the function module ofthe system,and use hierarchical structure graph representation of the relationship between each module called.At the end of the overall design,the design of database system from three aspects of the conceptual structure,logical structure and physical structure.In the detailed design stage,using timing diagram depicts the system each module of the business process;in the implementation and test phase,encoded using a development tool,the final configuration,test environment,function test for each module of the system.Through the use of the system,to a very large role in promoting the public security organs in the work of public security,improve the speed of information transmission,That play an important role in the security of information in actual combat,but also improve the work of public security organs decision-making ability.
