Design And Implementation Of The Public Security Organ Case Management System

With the development of modern society, it presents new challenges to thetraditional paper-based manual mode because of the diversified types of crime. In thetraditional case information processing, relying on manual operation and records notonly make the workload large, but also bring a lot of difficulties to find, update andmaintain large number of files and data. With the increasing number of casesaccumulated, most police agencies do not lack of data, but hampered by redundant dataand manually fill in data inconsistency prone frequently. Investigation and handling ofcases depend on the experience and case, so how to handle cases quickly and form anew system in crime prevention have become serious problems to be solved of thepublic security organs. Therefore, the case management system is an indispensable partto achieve information management process of the public security organs.This paper focuses on the cases management of the public security organs, it is aninformation sharing system that built on top of an Internet environment and use theWEB-based technology to complete design and implementation of the case managementsystem. The development of this platform is way down in Win7, build SVN (Subversion,a free open-source version control system) server for version management, usingMicrosoft Visual Studio2010development tools and based on.NET Framework4.0framework for development. In this paper, it uses ASP.NET as the core technology ofthe case management system implementation, the background logic processingcompleted mainly by the C#, used SQL Server2008as the database, and assisted withAJAX, XHTML, FusionCharts, RDLC, CSS, JS framework libraries and other rich datarendering. According to the important and difficult point of the system, the mainachievements are security management, system management, lock screen management,case management, statistical analysis, automatic filling, printing and other functions.This paper first describes the development of the system background and identifiesthe main research content and scope. Then gives a detailed description of the system’sdevelopment and content used the idea of software project management. Requirementsanalysis stage of the public security organ case management system is to give detailedrequirements for a detailed analysis and comb, collect relevant literature, summarizetechnical parameters, collect relevant data, and backup and archive these date; architecture design phase of the system is to complete the design work, including logicdesign, database design, functional modules such as the delineation and the overalldesign that referred to, and complete the detailed design of each module gradually;design phase is to complete architecture design of the system, including logic design,database design, delineation of functional modules and reference the overall design, thegradual completion of the detailed design of each module; implementation phase is tocomplete the encoding process in accordance with the results of the detailed design, andgive a detailed description of the core technology be involved in; testing phase of thesystem is to test each function; the test results show that the system achievesmanagement information, intelligence and simple technology of the public securityorgans, and to solve the problems such as high redundancy, work tedious, inefficient ofthe traditional case information management. Finally, this paper summarizes andexplains for the development ideas of the system.
