The Design And Implementation Of The Property Management System Of The Public Security Organ

The property management involved in the case is an important part of the daily work of the public security organs.In order to standardize the management of the property involved,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the property holders involved,and to further enhance the public security organs' credibility in enforcing the law,the public security organs involved in property management system is developed and achieved.Based on the law enforcement case management system,the system proposed in this paper systematically manages the financial affairs involved and forms a complete life-cycle track.The system strictly according to the regulations of property management involved in the case,combined with the daily work of the public security organs involved in the property management needs,use the UML model diagrams such as use-case diagrams and time-series diagrams and business flow charts to exhibit intuitively.The system development process utilizes Myeclipse as a development platform,B/S structure as the support,then use Java language Oracle 11 g database and other related technologies to complete the development and design of the entire system.The whole system is generally divided into seven functional modules: storage of items,transfer of items,handling of items,transfer of items,automatic disk library,information query of items,and system management.The system has basically achieved the expected objectives of the public security organs,completed the registration of the involved property from seizure to take over and disposal,as well as the whole process of storage to the warehouse supervision and management.The system dynamically manages the custody,call,processing,transfer,automatic disk library,relied on the two-dimensional code of items and uploading of physical images,which solves the problem of data accuracy,management standard,management efficiency,and effective supervision.This has standardized the management of the property involved in the case by the public security organs,avoided the occurrence of undesirable phenomena,and the working efficiency of staff has greatly improved by using the system.
