The Design And Implementation Of Police Quality Management Platform Of The Public Security Organ Based On.NET Technology

Current scenic area public security bureau in the present quality management work,due to the limited manpower, on the one hand, rely on manual operation, workefficiency is low; These, on the other hand, is closely related to the police theinformation data base with police, or relationship is not close, the police have alreadycannot promptly and accurately understand the relevant information, you can’t in time toparticipate in some work process, make the police work hard to improve transparency.Therefore, the Public Security Bureau need a set of system, can make full use ofeffective data resources in various departments, each department can makecorresponding management function, and has the standard policing activities musttransparency and participation of the integrated management information system ofappraisal of police, the police will make the quality management platform that we wantto build.In this thesis, the development of a quality management platform based on the B/S,in order to solve each link in the area public security sub-bureau in the daily policeinvolved in: such as police, guard, police work, basic information, police, all kinds ofbusiness change a pool table of examination and approval, policing activities after theevaluation, the various types of business training, police skills training and otherinformation and relevant management issues.This thesis adopts ASP.NET technology, uses the mature software developmenttechnology, the use of database technology and B/S architecture, R&D police qualitymanagement platform. Firstly, through the investigation and analysis of the availabledata, get the whole police quality management platform needs, in order to providepreliminary material and implementation of subsequent design; then using B/Sarchitecture design architecture of quality management platform, forming the three layerarchitecture of quality management platform. Followed by the use of ASP.NETtechnology, database technology,2008were achieved by SQL Server in Visual Studio2010development environment, including the interface, the code and the databaseconnection; finally, system functional testing, compatibility testing and performancetesting.The whole system to enhance the competitiveness of scenic security after use, to provide a platform for long-term development of scenic area public security. The policequality management platform can provide high quality, efficient results for policemanagement, improve the quality management level of the public security police,reduce cost, improve social policing management and execution efficiency. Through thequality management platform, promote managers to seriously implement the higherrequirements, and its rectification of the situation in a timely manner to reflect, to havedifferent views, can feedback their true thoughts, form both sides communicationmechanism, and ultimately contribute to enhance the overall quality of the police.
