Design And Implementation Of Network Security System In The Public Security Organ

With the rapid development of information technology, information system plays a more and more important role in important fields like national affairs, the national defense construction, economic construction, advanced science and technology. However, it is also a double-edged sword. As the information application expands gradually from the traditional, small-scale systems to large-scale and key systems, and the application level unceasingly deepens, security becomes increasingly important for the system performance. The network based on TCP/IP protocol is open and free, which, while increasing the freedom of application, brings forward enormous hidden troubles. Facing the challenge and opportunity, it has become a seirous subject that how the information system can be kept away from hackers, viruses and system disasters. As an important part of the national security, the public security organs, in particular, tend to become the target of foreign spy agencies and hacker organizations. Given the distinct features of the public security organs, it is highly urgent to construct the security system of the public security information.Using the real example of the information security system construction in a technical detachment of the public security organ of X city, this paper studies how to build an omnibearing and dynamic information security system. The main content of this paper includes:(1) A detailed study on the Deepguard system of the public security organ(2) Detailed analysis on the security risk with the thought of the universal need of information systems in public security organs(3) Bring forward thorough technical system and management system, including pyscial safety, network platform security, system security, application layer security and security management, etc. (4)Based on the analysis of the information modle, provide specific solution programmes and ways of operation, which has high guiding significance and good maneuverability.(5)Emphasis on the study of the realization mechanism of network security system in public security organs; put forward the concept of IIDS, which serves as the main part of the realization system.
