The aim of this paper is to analysis customer characteristics and habits of consumption with data mining. According to the decision-tree, we can divide the market and then establish the marketing strategy. Finally, we can make precision marketing to potential customers and improve marketing response rates.Firstly, the main contents of this paper are the research of data mining technology and analyze the needs of precise marketing. Then we explains the data preparation and preprocessing. We use java to achieve the result. Finally, The core algorithm is simulated by WEKA software. So decision tree is feasibility and effectveness.The innovative point of the main problems:1. Exploring application of data mining in the precise marketing,2. The data were identified and screened in order to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the data.3. Exploring application of decision-marking in the precise marketing.Based on the research of marketing and data mining technology, the paper tries to use decision-tree method to achieve the aim of precise marketing. The research proves the feasibility and effectiveness of marketing using data mining technology. Finally , the method can provide useful information to increase marketing profits.
