Commercial Banks is an important part of financial market in China at present,commercial bank management has its special market characteristics,self-financing is one of the important challenge to commercial Banks in financial market activities.With the emergence of Internet finance,foreign Banks gradually enter into Chinese financial market and other factors,domestic commercial Banks are facing a lot of competitive pressure.As an important part of the market competition process,marketing activities are necessary for commercial Banks to improve their competitive advantages.The promotion of the quality of marketing service is the important work of maintaining old customers and absorbing new customers.In the current information society,if the traditional marketing service model is still adopted,it will affect the efficiency of commercial Banks and influence the long-term development of Banks.Using computer software technology,using the Internet to work environment,application of a set of can provide intelligent office,modern bank marketing service management system is to improve the bank marketing ability the important information of the solution.Based on a background of commercial Banks as an example,mainly through the system research.NET platform implementation,the application of MVC + EF four layers architecture to build the underlying technology architecture,via Asp.Net implementation based on B/S mode of each function module.In combination with the marketing work of commercial Banks,it has created and studied functional modules such as marketing organization management,marketing service management,marketing performance management,marketing team management and system security management.The system also introduces the knowledge and technology of data warehouse,which aims to improve the quality of the marketing service query results and provide more reliable data information for the marketing process of the bank.System research process conforms to the software engineering work standard of each stage in the system demand analysis and detailed design,the application of UML modeling tools,to make more scientific and normative research methods and steps.This system in practical application process,can help in marketing management of commercial Banks,resolve customer service quality is low,the outstanding problems such as nonstandard business workflow,in the hope of improving customer service levels,expanding number of financial product marketing play an important role in the research and application value.
