Along with the3G network and the3G business comprehensive business, competition of the telecommunication market is increasingly intense. Because the3G data service potential profitability relative to the base such as voice communications business bigger, accordingly, in2010-2020ten years, the most competitive of the communications business in addition to broadband Internet business is the data service, especially in mobile data value-added service, or also known as mobile Internet value-added services. Value added service has gradually become China’s telecommunications business the main point of growth.Therefore, how in the fierce market competition condition, to meet customer demand and the quality of services under the premise, the design and development of value-added service marketing data warehouse, make full use of a large number of local user behavior data, via a telephone marketing, network marketing means, better to provide users with value-added products and services, is now in need of further according to the local consumer demand, development for the application of data warehouse in the necessary time.Firstly, the paper is on our3G mobile business current situation and competition made brief analysis, leads to the construction of a3G mobile value-added service marketing system necessity.The second is used for the marketing system design and analysis of the theory are reviewed in this paper, briefly introduced the data warehouse technology, finally introduced the data warehouse technology in the mobile operating system in the process of developing some of the detailed description of applications; based on data warehouse and data mining technology the concept of marketing management system database design, introduced the customer segments model and the local network operator in the marketing process encountered some problems based on data mining technology analysis; in the domestic and foreign existing research basis, combined with the actual needs of enterprises, carry out value-added business customer segmentation and marketing of simple polymerization analysis model.Finally is to the3G data service customer segmentation marketing system of data warehouse construction and database application examples and summary, data using first hand of a communications operator in network operation data, strong persuasion, through the system to strengthen and improve the user behavior analysis and marketing data analysis of the pertinence and validity of the, in the hope that our country telecommunication value-added service application in marketing plays a role in promoting.
