The Study Of Soft Environment Construction In University Library

The soft environment construction is a very and important aspect in the library construction. Flexibilities of definition and operation, complexities of understanding and behavior and permeability of force are the main characteristics of soft environment of libraries. This paper points out that the soft environment of the libraries refers to the concept, the spirit, the technical soft environment, the cultural environment, the working style and the motto of the library, and also expounds the importance in the building of the soft environment. This paper also puts forward the way to further strengthen and improve the soft environment construction of the library as well as should handle the good relation in the process. So in developing libraries, we must control negative factors of the artificial atmosphere efficiently and construct a healthy and loose artificial atmosphere through improving leader's style of work, enhancing quality of staff, artificial environment and qualifying services for readers.
