Research On Externalization And Sharing Of Tacit Knowledge In Library

Knowledge management plays an important role in the information and economic rapid development today. Tacit knowledge has become the focus and difficulty of knowledge management. It is a hot topic in knowledge management. Tacit knowledge influences the library knowledge management. In this article, through understanding the effects of tacit knowledge in library, and put forward tactics of external and sharing tacit knowledge. This paper expounds the concept of library tacit knowledge and library tacit knowledge sharing difficulties, analyzing the difficult point of the management. We use the literature investigation, concept analysis and some other ways to research external and sharing tacit knowledge through case analysis. And analysis the strategy of external and sharing library tacit knowledge.Conclusion of the paper mainly as follows:(1) Based on the connotation of library tacit knowledge and analyzes the characteristic of tacit knowledge management, and we know what is the purpose of tacit knowledge, promoting its incarnation of exchange and sharing, The goal is how to realize the sharing of the recessive knowledge and promote tacit knowledge flow.(2) Subjective factors are the main reason of obstacles in tacit knowledge sharing, and library work should formulate corresponding incentive policy according to the characteristics and nature.(3) Reasonable utilization the information technology and the people of library knowledge management exchanging tacit knowledge campaign is the necessary condition with sharing formations.(4) Compared to the foreign library, China's library of tacit knowledge in the external and sharing needing more attention and study its management methods for reference.
