This paper processes a general method of system modeling and implementation to improve traditional designing's deficiencies about general and universal factors, for resolving system shortage of versatility and flexibility we encountered when designing a document flow system. Based on DotNET Framework, we design and implement a document flow system that has a set of basic functions using ASP.NET and SQL Server database. The system realizes managing work plan, submitting and reviewing documents, managing roles' information, changing one's permission, maintaining log view, maintaining system and database and other kinds of functions. In this project, N-N-N mapping is used to simulate the relationship between users, roles and permissions and the size of roles and business facts is improved to increase the flexibility and versatility of the system. UML modeling method is used to finish the system framework's and functions' design. We describe the logic entities using the object-oriented approach to enhance inherits properties. Authentication technology, risk behavior prevention and backup/restore technology are ensuring the security of the system. With a combination of Frameset and Master Page, the system has a better effect in style unity and operation of humanity using JavaScript/DOM/CSS. Hash Table is used as an entity of storage and delivery reducing code redundancy and implementing inheritance and reuse. This paper discusses the problems of document flow system application preliminarily and processes a common method of system modeling and implementation. For system development of document flow and other similar office automation systems, the method of modeling and designing has some reference.
