Virtual Enterprise which can adapt rapid development of science and technology and global enterprise services is a new-style enterprise organize posture.Because Virtual Enterprise has a speciality of Reconfigurable, Reusable and Scable, construct optimizing model of Virtual Enterprise is one of the pivotal approach that can analyse management of Virtual Enterprise. Modeling technique based on Object-Oriented(OO) is a effective method.It can make technician attach himself to the modeling process better. So investigate Virtual Enterprise which adopt 00 and workflow is put forward.On the basis of analyse the technology of VE modeling, the paper introduce the Unified Modeling Language(UML),an Object-Oriented and visual modeling language. An UML VE modeling approach is proposed and the paper introduce particularly UML how to describe all views of the VE compositive modeling.On this, the concept of the hierarchy of Virtual Enterprise modeling is put forward.The paper study the structure of the transverse and lengthways which on the physical flat-roof. In this hierarchical VE, workflow can be cataloged into three kinds: internel, external, and pivot.They have different structures and need different management methods.In order to support the hierarchical VE effectively and efficiently, an integration of these three types of workflow was discussed to create a total workflow management system.Different kinds of workflow structures specified by modularization and postponement are introduced to total hierarchical virtual enterprise management.Aim at the characters of process management of virtual enterprise, the item-task-activity model is proposed and functions of model are described in detail. The paper analyse the hierarchy of genus of this model. On this, by way of the example of making machine, the paper introduce simply implement and application of the this system.
