Content-based Business Document Modeling Study

This article studied with unstructured commercial documents engendered during production and living, including kinds of contracts, invoices, emails, business letters etc. Compare with former structured date which is easy to managed, traditional relation database has no way to manage these unstructured data. The subject is depend on this background and seeks to establish a formal model based on content about commercial documents, in order to manage these documents structured.In this paper, I carry on the research analysis based on the commercial documents structure, import the idea of the introduction of content management, and have designed the content commercial documents management system model. In this model, the contents of the documents classified by the components, has established tree structure which take the documents as the root node, the content module as the child and sub-child nodes. And describes this structure using the XML technology, defines metadata data, in order to complete the structure of unstructured data management.In this paper, I use object-oriented method build up conceptual model of the business documents in technology and methods, using XML technologies describe the model, and has established a set of concepts from object-oriented model to the logical model of XML documents (metadata) of the mapping rules, and eventually completed the modeling of business documents.This article focuses on the system model and design, we designed a object oriented model of commercial documents based on content and formal described the model. The article concludes with the inadequacies of the system and the direction of future research.
