The university student was requested to have good computer application level for the development of Information and the demand of education informationization .At present, the computer core curriculum is as a required course in the domestic university, making great progress through the endeavor of the recent years, but there are still some insufficiencies, such as few class hour, the students' enthusiasm to computer is not to be high, the content of curriculum course is boring and simplex, lacking actual operation and so on. These cause the learners are not able to have good adaptation to the realistic society's request when they are working. Therefore, how to solve the drawbacks of basic computer courses is one of main problems that the university faces. The cloud service's appearance is the inevitable result of the development of network society. In the cloud time, the clouds conformity rich study and teaching resources. Make sure the learner use and share rich study resources effectively and conveniently by constructing a platform that support both between learners and educators, And between learners in the cloud to improve teaching quality and the students' autonomous learning.At first, this present paper has carried on the system elaboration about the article research background and the related research of cloud service application. Combine the problem that the university information technology education and the demand of the union university computer core curriculum, and take based on hundred meets the online office platform design teaching activity as the key link, designed a teaching plan which support classroom instruction effectively by based on the design the platform and the basis emotion cognition theory, and the construction principle theory of learning and humanism theory of learning. The research objects are109 college students from Xinke College of Henan Institute of Science and Technology, whose majors are electrical undergraduate of grade 2010, of which Class 1 and Class 2 are for the control class, the other classes as the experimental class. By three-circle deeper and deeper design-based research, the author has organized and implemented the teaching activities, and the design of each round have been analysis - design - implementation - evaluation - complete five parts. The author has checked the research by questionnaire,observation,interview and methods of implementation.The results show that: 1. Cloud services can support classroom teaching effectively, by enhancing the enthusiasm of learners; improving the attitude of learning; promoting the emotional and communication; changing the past passive learning learners and improving the efficiency of learners. Meanwhile, this teaching trains the spirit of unity and cooperation and personal responsibility of student. 2. The teaching process was designed basing on the practical, feasible and effective design of research, so it can serve as a strong practical and effective means of teaching. This study explores the field of cloud computing applications in education, and improves the quality of teaching basic computer courses. It offers a reference for the practice of cloud computing technology .
