The classroom is the major positions of the education and teaching, also the important place for teachers express their professional skills. Thus the important way to improve the quality of classroom teaching and teachers'professional skills is analysis and diagnosis classroom teaching scientific and objectively. However, there are some obvious deficiencies for the way of teaching reflection by traditional face to face and real time spot class evaluation or teacher's after-school review. This article attempts to make the classroom video as the object of observation and evaluation. Although there are quite a lot of analysis and diagnosis classroom teaching system, there still exist many problems, such as lack of interactivity as a result of Just a simple desktop software,complicated to operate and so on.How to design and develop the analysis and diagnosis classroom teaching video of using classroom teaching video as object for classroom teaching observation and evaluation on the web is the main content of this paper.First,the author elaborated and analysis related concepts based on construction of classroom video analysis and diagnosis system,giving a detailed overview of the system related to the concept. Then according to the convention methods of analysis and diagnosis classroom teaching, author proposed approach for the analysis and diagnosis module of this system. At last, the author constructed the system based on B/S. The system consists two parts of desktop video editing tools and online teaching platform for video analysis and diagnosis, it has implemented the user's registration and login, video resources downloading and uploading, video analysis and diagnosis and so on.Based on the above analysis, the paper divided into five chapters. ChapterⅠ:Introduction. Mainly introduced the topic research background,research significance. An overview of classroom video analysis and diagnosis of such software to obtain the status of research results at home and abroad,combined with the contents of this paper,formation of the structure of this paper.ChapterⅡ:Classroom video analysis and diagnostic system overview. The first,it making the definition for the involved concept and then in the light of the way of classroom teaching research summed up some strategies for classroom analysis and diagnostic methods.ChapterⅢ:The analysis and design of the classroom video analysis and diagnostic system system. On the basis of analysis the needs analysis for Teaching and research staff, classroom teachers,students and normal students in school, the author proposed a system's overall design and main modules of the design, and database design.ChapterⅣ:The realization of the instructional of the classroom video analysis and diagnostic system. First description system's development environment,development language briefly;Second, basis on the system functional design in the third chapter,elaborated implementation of each main modules of the system;Third, researched a number of key points of skill.used in the system. Finally, making the functional testing to the completed system,invite relevant personnel involved in the trial after system developed,give the valuable advice.ChapterⅤ:Summarization and expectation. Mainly a summary of this article, including the completion of the work and the disadvantages of the system and proposed system needs further improvement work.
