The Study On Establishing University Library Security Crisis Management Capacity Evaluation Model

University library is the center of document information content among the whole university. Any damage of document information content, equipments, facilities or hurt of readers will lead to the library security crisis. Introducing the crisis management theory into university library security management and establishing university library security crisis management capacity evaluation model will make the university library security management rise to the system management on the basis of the former odd regulations in order to make the managers know the security crisis situation from the fuzzy evaluation to quantitative analysis and find out the gaps and deficiencies to realize:to prevent and reduce the security crisis in daily management; to deal with the disastrous events or unexpected events according to the emergency response plan so as to reduce the personal injury and property damage; to draw lessons from the past security crisis cases to avoid the similar events.On the basis of disaster management guide and disaster preparedness planning of the foreign building, combining the characteristics of China's university library, this paper did the systematic and detailed analysis on the interfering factors of university library security crisis and the library security management process which include:key point "crisis prevention", key point "crisis preparedness", crisis response and crisis recovery. This paper used the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to establish a library security crisis management capacity evaluation modal; acquired the importance value of library security crisis management evaluation target by questionnaire; calculated target weigh of evaluation system by analytical hierarchy process; got calculation formula for scores of university library security crisis management capacity evaluation; set grade assessment criteria. Finally, taking one university as model, this paper did the testing of university library security crisis management capacity according to the evaluation model.
