Research On Construction Of Patent Information Service Quality Evaluation Index System In Academic Library

At present,our country is accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode and implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,which needs the input of intellectual property factors to promote the development,and patent information services are an important measure for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.With the rapid development of intellectual property information service in academic library,the users' demand for patent information service in academic library is becoming more and more frequent,and the users and librarians' pursuit for patent information service in academic library is also increasing gradually.At the same time,with the increase of standard conditions,the service quality is also increasing.Establishing high standard patent information service quality of academic library to enhance their own value to meet the needs of users has become the goal of academic library.Therefore,this study from a third party perspective,based on the academic library patent information service quality theory,around the academic library patent information service quality research.Firstly,it analyzes the patent information service of academic library at home and abroad and the evaluation of academic library's patent information service.Based on the analysis of many literatures,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and constructs the evaluation index system of academic library patent information service quality.Secondly,based on the reference of library service quality,this paper constructs the initial evaluation index of academic library patent information service quality.Finally,the Delphi method is used to revise the evaluation index of patent information service quality for two rounds to form a formal evaluation system.This paper takes the patent information service quality of academic library as the research object,including five parts: the first part briefly introduces the present situation and research ideas and methods at home and abroad;the second part defines and analyzes the relevant concepts of patent information service of academic library;the third part analyzes the influencing factors and determines the evaluation index of patent information service quality;the fourth part analyzes and adjusts the evaluation index system of patent information service quality according to the Delphi method;the fifth part analyzes the evaluation index system to verify the rationality of the index in the actual evaluation of patent information service quality.Based on the above theories,this paper studies the framework of the initial index system of patent information service quality evaluation of academic library,which is divided into 4first-class indexes and 16 second-class indexes.Through the combination of literature investigation and Delphi method,this paper determines the evaluation index system of patent information service quality of academic library.In the case analysis,the evaluation indexes are analyzed to find out the problems and put forward solutions to support the development of follow-up library construction.
