Design And Implementation Of Integrated Data Management Platform On Heilongjiang Province National Tax Application System

Along with the continuously development of tax business and the implementation of taxation information, it makes hard for Heilongjiang province national tax application to meet business need, such as scattered data, different structure between each systems, difficult to share information and function and other problems. Therefore, for Heilongjiang national tax information-based construction, it is already a burning problem to make the existing business application system data to be integrated, the comprehensive data management system platform to be built and the data to be comprehensively analyzed and used.After the problem and insufficiency are analyzed in the system in existence,to strengthening administration and make up loophole, how to carry out data integration and how to build the comprehensive data management platform and integrate the data and function on existing main business application system of the province national tax organization are all be discussed in the thesis.And, the designed line on how to build up a compositive, efficient integrated data management platform is also discussed. Based on the analyzing of tax administration business and confirmation of system requirement, system functions are analysed and designed, and the collectivity design and achievement of system is also elaborated from three aspects, technique platform, system structure and runtime environment. For, it is the core about how to integrate data in data integration, the method and the procedure on business application system data integration are discussed in detail in this thesis.At last, with the enterprise java bean technique that based on J2EE system, the embodiment design of data integration is gived in the thesis. And, integrated data management platform of HeiLongJiang province national tax applicationg system is designed and achieved.The feasibility is discussed by author in the thesis about the integration of business system data and function and the improvement of level of taxation data application against the situation of management and application Heilongjiang province national tax business system.And the problem about efficiency of system and about integration of function is advanced.Around the difficulties,the functions through the flow of all the taxation business about query and analyze and advance warning are designed and achieved.The efficiency of query of system is improved and the pressure of system operation is reduced in technique aspect.The problem about the mode of dispersive data storage of Heilongjiang province national taxation business system and the problem about the data and function that can't be compositived are resolved.The level of integration and application of data are improved, and the design is also important reference of business operation and decision-making of Heilongjiang province national taxation bureau.
