With the development of computer and widely use of network technology,traditional office mode is being taken place by Electronic government(E-government) step by step.In the course of informationization of the government,China needs to re-organize its course of operation, Workflow allows user defining flow process to adapt the operation process which is unceasing changing,being the sustain system absolutely necessarily.At the same time,how to guarantee the legitimacy,unique,traceablity and avoiding being illegal copied of the electronics official document is a difficult problem,which is necessary in our socity.It solves the problems as following in the paper:(1) The research and implementation of e-government model based on workflow technologyFirstly,the thesis deeply analysizes the current study actuality and development direction of workflow technology,which includes workflow research the basic theory infrastructure,workflow reference model and so on.Secondly,according to the reference model,the thesis designed and realized the lightweight engine based on J2EE technology applying to e-government fields,which completed the design of defining module,workflow Engine module,client application module and supervise module of workflow management system.(2) The research and realization of electronic sealMake a deep research of the theories of AES and ECC,and analyze the strongness of these algorithms.Then use AES as symmetric algorithm and ECC as Public Key Encryption algorithm. Introduce OpenSSL cryptography algorithm libraries as the base of PKI in the system.Furthermore, office automation is used for system embedding in office.Implement a simple but complete system which can handle the function of sign,encrypt-decrypt.(3) Electronic signature system integrated into the E-governmentThe electronic signature Based on the design of middleware as the middleware software modules,embed into e-government system.It provides technical protection in the security exchange transparent of E-government documents.In the last part,some incomplete problems are put forward and advanced the future direction for research. |
