| Government electronic procurement plan management system is one of very important subsystems in government procurement management system, as well as the realization of regulated government electronic procurement first step. This system is able to regulate government procurement better, strengthen procurement plan management, improve government procurement efficiency. This thesis begins with base conceptions of workflow, focuses on base workflow conceptions, building J2EE lightweight framework, realization application supporting system based on workflow and contributes theory approaches and implementation methods as a result.Firstly, information about growth of workflow technology is briefly represented, development tendencies of workflow technology are summarized and reference model of workflow management system is discussed. The SynchroFLOW workflow management system framework and identities are made detailed analysis.Introducing the structure of J2EE framework which includes four tier structures: client tier, Web tiers business tiers enterprise information system tier and explaining the relations among four tiers. This paper analyes the typical distributed J2EE technologies, and concludes that J2EE is the best choose.The requirements of development platforms are clearly researched, analysis of J2EE development platform advantages and disadvantages between heavyweight with lightweight. The J2EE lightweight platform based on Webwork+Spring+Hibernate frameworks is well designed.Finally, in order to select workflow products, workflow engines of different working ways are analysed. Using the SynchroFLOW workflow modeling tools to complete process of government procurement management plan model design. Analysing of the security of the system demands, basing of this development platform and integrating selected workflow middleware, government electronic procurement plan management system based on workflow technology is realized. |
