Informatization of court is built on the infrastructure of computer network hardware, computer software, mordern communication technology. Court informatization takes the advantage of the latest technology to enable the information collection, processing, transportation, publishing, storage in the court system. At the same time, court informatization improves the job efficiency and assures the justice. Court informatization provides the information service for the mordernization of our country. There two steps in the court informatization building process. The first step is to develop a judement-oriented but other modules included court information system. In this sense, the court informatization system should be a platform of job automation, intelligence, normalization and computer networks. The second step of court informatization system should be an integration of computer database, communication system, remote audie/video management system.Over the last four decades IT systems have grown exponentially, leaving companies to handle increasingly complex software architectures. With business continuity, these systems need to be updated to meet the new business requirement. Also, it is important to improve the customers'experience of applications. At the same time, new IT solutions are emerged quickly to meet the business'requirement. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is developed to help enterprise to build"on demand"information system; Rich internet Application (RIA) is adopted to improve the user experience of web application. RIA combines the advantages of desktop application and browser based application.In this work, we try to apply the latest SOA technology in the court informization system. We plan to explore new area on the traditional court system which is built on a web. In this paper, we first conceive a referential model which holds all the court information system. This model is composed of four layers: presentation logic; SOA service extraction; SOA service arrangement, initialization of a fa?ade; reconstruction of RIA client. We stated the development methods for each layer.The second focus of this work is the transplant method between different modules. We developed the service arrangement in client and server side. We transfer synchronized service to asynchronized service; also we propose methods to move session to RIA client and the method to provide local file system service support.Especially, we conducted the module-design for Dalian intermediate people's court comprehensive treatment platform, including the office automation system, document managing system, judicial managing system etc which are the supporting modules and aided judging expert system based on "The Hierarchy Text Categorization Algorithm HTCA" -- the core , For the sake of stability, we tested the system's performance.
