With the development of science technology, as well as the promotion of the diversified market structure and the new wave of the Internet, there are much more collisions and catalysis happened between project management and new technology ideas. Project management breakthrough into a new height, from the traditional communications, software engineering, finance, insurance, extended to the game, media and other emerging industries. Take the online games, as example, the game industry as an innovative industry, representing the liberalization working mode, and flexible requests working mode.Game industry started booming rapidly since the beginning of the 1970s, sweeping the world with ∮30.9 billion market capitalization. Under such a huge profit driven, the game plug also became popular. It caused huge losses to many game companies. More and more game companies treat the anti-plug system as a specific IT project, which is a key point to determine the success or failure of the game companies. Therefore, the game anti-plug-system project management methods and practical application, having very important value on theoretical and application.Through the research of the theory of traditional project management, to analysis the different characteristics of various management models firstly in the thesis, then based on the study of the agile project management theory, mainly discuss the extreme programming (XP) and Scrum knowledge. Furthermore, through the comparison between traditional project management and agile project management, seeking for suitable project management model for small or medium-sized game companies. By reference the actual agile project experience of a large IT company, to make the concept easier to understand and more conducive to actual operation, which provide support to standardize R&D process, and improve successful rate of anti-plug system at the same time.Through the research found that, agile project management, emphasizing quickly respond to changes in project management methodologies, and mean to design a simple method to manage complex projects. With its own advantages, agile project management is highly favored by many small and medium game companies. It breaks down the entire life cycle of a software system into a number of small iterations, the results of each iteration, have their own characteristics that can be integrated with others and also can run independently. During the anti-plug game development, a lot of unexpected situations or temporary requests cannot be predicted in advance. In accordance with the agile project management model, the development of such systems requests need to create a framework, to define the basic rules that can help to make these subsequent demands more predictable. The major tasks have been completed in this thesis as below:(1) Analysis of the traditional and agile project management theory, during the comparison to find out the solution accordingly, which suitable for the anti-plug project of small and medium online game enterprises.(2) Through deeply analysis of the anti-plug project actual difficulties, propose the project management model based on agile. At same time, reference the actual practice of agile software projects development in large-scale IT Company.(3) Based on a set of "agile" project management science, to establish a suitable game anti-plug management model. Through the comparison of practice cases to verify the result of proposed project management model.(4) Design the questionnaire based on the actual result of this anti-plug project management model, to collect feedbacks and suggestions from related business departments.Through the establishment of the model, it helps to improve the work efficiency of parallel staffs; provide reasonable control for the working progress of different positions; improve the timely response and product fast delivery. Thereby improving the successful rate of the project. At the same time, based on the comparison of previous anti-plug working mode and the agile working mode, to verify the improved results for the proposed game anti-plug project management model, which is suitable for small and medium sized game company.
