With the development of computer information technology, many large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions has realized office automation. Now, in large-scale enterprise projects, how to track management information, sharing resources between departments, and improving project management, has been the key factors that restrict project quality. With the information construction process with enterprises, a growing number of Office Automation Systems and Enterprise Management Systems were used to assist office work, so it is difficult to avoid data sharing between systems. How to use existing system resources to realize information sharing in integrated information management platform has been a research subject.Traditional enterprise information systems only meet the needs of basic information management, but lack of coordination and application integration between systems. Therefore, the goal of the research is to establish an information sharing management system for the effective integration of system resources.The background of this paper comes from a real enterprise project management system. The main purpose of this enterprise project management system is to enhance inter-enterprise cooperate capacity through information management, the sharing of data and process monitoring of the enterprises can improve working efficiency. At present, the project has been put into practical use, and still needs further improvement. By using external data interface with Lotus Notes platform, we have realized the automatic workflow process.In this paper, we describe the subject's background, the developing trend of enterprise office systems, and the goal of the research. Then we analyze on the problems of enterprise information and provide a solusion on detail design, then give the description of several typical modules. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole research work, and our further work.
