Based On The Domino Platform, Business Process Management System In The Securities Industry In The Design And Realization Of Research

Today, the society of human being has entered the information era. Information is becoming the dominating resource in the government and enterprises. With the wide use of network technology, real-time communication, online office automation and collaboration have become the core of information world in the 21^st century. Presently, BPM (office automation) system is widely used in enterprises and government offices, which plays a critical role in improving the management skills and pushing forward the construction of information systems. BPM is a new research subject after the implementation of office automation in enterprises. Most researches on BPM (Business Process Management) are restricted in general domain in recent years. There is little research and application in some specific areas.The aim of this paper is to understand the process and procedures of the implementation of BPM system in the domain of security exchange through the study of the management of BPM system and the operation of securities. Based on the situation of the information systems used by security exchange cooperation and the features and requirement of the implementation of BPM system in the area of security exchange, this paper makes a proposition of five-step management and implementation of BPM system in security exchange business: the comprehensive framework of the implementation of BPM management in security exchange business, the construction of Data Base Center, the model of Business Process, the development and application of Work Flow, the management of Lifecycle, and eventually moving toward Knowledge Enterprise, along with the construction of Petri model in some key business processes.Then, this paper suggests the design and implementation of a specific BPM Management System using the Lotus Domino platform based on the business operation of Tiantong security Exchange Company. It also introduces the process of the development of BPM Management System, which is developed with software development techniques, based on the development of Lotus Notes/Domino technology.
