With the development of computer technology, revolution takes place in the office. The quick development of Office Automation (OA for short) not only improved people's daily office work efficiency, but also enhanced the core competitiveness of enterprises as a powerful tool. It is significant to establish a standardization system for the Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot. The standardized production management system improves business productivity and quality of work, achieving a paperless office. So it turns traditional office model to the standardized, comprehensive, scientific direction, and it has a positive meaning in promoting the modernization of business management.According to the office work requirements of the Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot, the thesis analysises, designs and implements the standardized production management system based on Lotus Domino/Notes platform.Firstly the thesis introduced the background of OA, the concepts of OA, the national and overseas development of OA, so we can have a whole understanding of OA. The thesis also introduces the concept of standardization and the significance of the implementation of standardized. And then the thesis studies the Lotus Domino/Notes platform's system architecture, database features and development methods. Then we get a conclusion that Louts Domino/Notes platform can satisfy all requirements of The Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot Standardization Production Management System, considering database structure, work flow, software designing and system opening degree.Secondly the thesis puts much attention to analyzes, designs and implements the standardized production management system, which uses modular structure. It describes in detail the System modules by the UML and the natural language. And then it summarizes characteristic of the Notes database form design characteristics, giving examples to explain how to design Notes database's form and view. At last, the thesis analysises the security model of Lotus Domino/Notes. According to the anaylsis and the design, tthe thesis implements the standardized production management system. The thesis highlights on some of the system's major module's realization and system security strategy's realization. The standardized production management system has been started trial operation. It works well, and reaches the design goals which standardized production management system of The Chengdu Railway Bureau East Depot.
