In the field of water treatment, the process controlling needs to collect a large number of sensor information. As wireless sensor networks can collect and pass a variety of types of information, and the information which has real-time, accuracy and other characteristics. It is very suitable for application in water treatment.This article will use ZigBee wireless communication technology to auto-matically control the specific water treatment system, Completed the design of wireless data acquisition board. This board can replace the traditional board transmission data acquisition unit. The Subject program uses the CC2530 RF chip and designs two types of RF modules of the high and low power. Through the ZigBee protocol stack in-depth analysising and researching, designs a star network topology wireless data collection network. Through the existing automatic control system in the central processor module as the network transfer unit, establishs a server-side and client-side communication port of the Socket, and the Socket port can control system to access TCP / IP network directly. Core processor module reads the terminal node information in the wireless sensor network through the SPI bus. And the information will be transmitted to the server computer and visually display to the user. This process achieves transporting a sensor data from the ZigBee network to TCP / IP network.And the test results show that the communication distance between nodes in the system from up to 1km, and the RF output power up to 16.33dBm. With three sensor nodes and wireless data collection terminal board in the sink node for wireless communications testing, and computer application software functionality testing, also get a good result. The amount of information throughout the system will be wired data transmission optimization for wireless communication trans-mission, and expanding the monitoring coverage and increasing the number of monitoring points. It is an important application for Wireless sensor networks in water treatment.
