The project value of real estate usually consists of three parts. The first part is the value of building location, which accounts for 40% of the total value of real estate projects; The second part is the product value, which accounts for 40% of the total value of real estate projects; The third part is real estate marketing and sales service value, namely marketing value, accounting for 20% of the total value of real estate projects. If a real estate project achieves success, real estate marketing certainly plays a large role.Currently, real estate industry faces three big trouble. Firstly, real estate industry facing more and more severe macroeconomic policy regulation; Secondly, real estate industry must face more and more rational consumer; Thirdly, real estate building becomes more and more homogeneous. Besides relying on location value, products value, Real estate enterprise should take advantage of marketing value of real estate ,in that case it can survive in the fierce competition marking.This paper mainly studies the media activities of real estate marketing. First of all, the author collects, sortis out a lot of real estate marketing case in the practice of media activities, and then classifies them;Secondly, this paper analyzes the characteristics and role media activities in detail;Thirdly, this paper summarizes the new trend of real estate marketing media activities;At last, this paper analyses the the common problems of daily real estate marketing media activities, and then put forward reasonable Suggestions.Through the comprehensive analysis of the real estate marketing media activities, i hope my research can offer valuable suggestions fo real estate enterprise,which helps real estate enterprises to improve sales profit and core competitiveness. |
