Galvanometer scanning Laser-welding technique is a new technology that emerged in recent years, and is becoming a hot topic of research in the world. This skill adopts moving scanning lens to scan the welding graphics and welds it along the sacnning path, furthermore, galvanometer lens can make laser beam switch between joints in short time, which saves considerable processing time and improves efficiency of processing.At present, domestic galvanometer scanning laser welder mainly adopts two -dimensional, pre-objective and static focusing scanning mode, in which welding range is relatively small, while the wide high-power galvanometer scanning laser welder has been used widely in all kinds of industry at abroad. In view of the shortness existing in domestic galvanometer scanning laser welder and the comparison with the advanced skills from abroad, the researchers brought forward a galvanometer Laser-welding system with dynamic focus, which possesses a high performance-price ratio, and conducted a deep and thorough study on galvanometer scanning Laser-welding technology.The emphasis of this paper is three-dimensional galvanometer scanning system with dynamic focus, which is adaptable to wide galvanometer scanning Laser-welding techniques. First, the paper builds the mathematical model of three-dimensional galvanometer scanning system with dynamic focus, and analyzes such processes as the optical design, the transmission and transformation, the size of focus spot, defocusing amount and welding rapid. Secondly, the paper proposes a general correction algorithm which has obtained a good correction effect for galvanometer scanning images distortion. Finally, the paper designs the software system for the galvanometer scanning Laser-welding system, and makes the prospect of its application.
