Dialysis tube which is made by Thousands of Polysulfone film fibres is widely used inclinical care. As for fixing the Polysulfone film fibres in the dialysis tube, The domesticcompanies which choose the quadratic pouring glue technology. However, this technologyhas several shortages compared with blocking the surface by scanned and heated up withlaser light. And the latter is widely chosen worldwide. The laser solution in industryproduction was studied and accepted deeply for its masses of advantages. There are excellenttechniques for metal cutting and Laser Rapid Prototyping. Nowdays, the scanninggalvanometer become more and more valued in small area scanning for its high speed andperfect accuracy. As for metal cutting and Laser Rapid Prototyping, This thesis is holding an antidromicopinion based on the analyzing of traditional techniques and actual solutions. And coming upwith a new laser light scanning and heating solution which is based on planar scanninggalvanometer after plenty of experiments. What is more, we succeed in the earlier research, and it is proved that this system can be used in actual production. This thesis is trying to give the information below:(1) Explain the theory of the how the whole system works. Use a computer andscanning galvanometer to control the scanning process to finish the sealing work. Evaluatethe possible parameter to guiding the experiment.(2) Construct and preliminary experiment system and succeed(3) Analyze the process of the fibres beening heated. Come up with an improvedsolution to solve the problem occurred in the preliminary experiments, which means theheating is not enough in the edge area.
