Laser scanning is a technique which has been gradually developed as the laser printer and laser Phototypesetter’s application.With its development it has been applied to many fields, such as optical medical、laser processing and image transmission. Laser scanning technology is applied more widely, and galvanometer scanning is applied most. It is applied widely in laser marking、laser engraving、laser welding、laser tracking、laser show、 stage lighting control、biomedical、semiconductor processing and other fields.This paper is to accomplish the design of the two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning system. This system is made up of master controller、memory circuit、X-Y galvanometer control circuit、Laser power control circuit、power circuit and fieldbus communication circuit.The master controller has the TMS320LF2407as the core,and is controlled open loop; Microcomputer control software and the underlying driver software which are wrote in LabVIEW environment is to control precisely about the two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning system.Meanwhile, the system can analyse and revise the geometric distortion of the scanning pattern.After the system is designed,the two-dimensional laser galvanometer scanning system can be applied to perform the laser marking experiment,and then the marking results are analysed.Through the analysis,the shortcomings of the system are found and improved.By testing,this system can satisfy every performance index.
