| Two-Dimensional dynamic laser scanning system with its high-speed, high efficiencyand other characteristics have been widely used in many occasions such as laser processing,graphics transmission, medical CT instruments and laser show. Currently on the market,galvanometer scanning equipment is mostly for industrial manufacture. Because of its highprice, it is not suitable for applications in practice teaching.Based on this, a two-dimensional galvanometer laser scanning demonstration systemis designed for teaching without large investment. On the hardware, using STM32microcontroller as the lower computer can realize motor deflection and control laser onand off to decode scanning graphics trace figures which is input in upper computerinterface. And the image recorder (composed by TMS320DM642, CCD camera and LCDdisplay) can record scanning graphics track. On the software, a mathematical model oftwo-dimensional dynamic laser scanning has been established in the system and XY dualgalvanometer scanning control algorithms and key technical problems of principlescanning errors is analyzed in detail. Distortion problem caused by scan can be solved byusing software compensation and system can record laser scanning track in real time byefficient image processing algorithms.Finally, both software and hardware of the system are for joint test and the result is asfollows:(1)Scanning graphics track and processing result are precise, especially adjustingbefore graphics scanning which can achieve a better result.(2)Whatever figures is input, the image recorder can display graphics track. The testresults are effective and meet the requirements.(3)The system has characteristics of high accuracy, low cost, high stability and niceexpansibility, which can meet the demands of he domestic market for galvanometer laserscanning demonstration equipment, and it is in good market prospects. |
