Design And Application Of Manpower And Machine Efficiency Management System Based On Internal Controlling

The resources of manpower and machines are important tangible assets in enterprises, are important foundation of survival and development of enterprises. How to manage the manpower and the machines has a direct influence to competitive capacity of enterprises.Recently, with the price increases and the labor shortages, enterprises are enforced to transform development mode from a resource-consuming enterprise to a resource-saving enterprise, which making enterprises have to face a practice questions, that is, how to utilize existing manpower and machines to continually create values. Manpower and machines efficient management system is a resources management information system that satisfies and adapts to enterprise development requirement, manages resources of manpower and machines of enterprises daily, raises efficiency of utilizing the manpower and machines, to improve competitive capacity of enterprises.In this paper, a key performance index of manpower and machines efficiency management is designed, a manpower and machines efficiency management system based on WEB is developed according to the key performance index, and learn and research internal controlling theory on production in enterprise.Firstly, this paper elaborates on background, source, purpose, and significance of the selected topic. Secondly, this paper analyzes present status and development tendency of research on internal controlling theories and management information managements from domestic and international enterprises. Thirdly, this paper gives a design and development of a method of managing manpower and machines efficiency with the enterprises' current situation combined, and makes an analysis and a design combining current management system theory. Last, this paper actually analyzes the current situation of manpower and machines management in C company by system requirements analyzing, system overall designing, functional modules designing, details designing, backend database designing, and the system applying, using the method of managing manpower and machines efficiency. The method and the system enhances enterprises market competitive ability, provides data supports of acquiring, allocating, and using enterprise resources.
