The Research And Implementation Based On Fieldbus Of Controlling-Management System In Tobacco Processing Line

With the development of control technique, computercommunication and network technology, the structure of automation control system takes place great change. Bottom layer of control net is not any longer a unaided acnode. It joins automation control system, processing controlling-management system with enterprise resource planning system to apply technology of Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus, as a result, the data acquisition capacity and flexibility improved, the problem on control system information shortage and integration of auto-control system and enterprise management system solved, the qualification to realize integration of ERP and management-control system presented. In this article, the discussion is carried out about tobacco processing ling controlling-management system based on fieldbus.The first chapter of this article gives a brief introduction on the development of automation product line and controlling-management system, as well as fieldbus. The second chapter detailed discusses basic theory and net model of Profibus. The third chapter introduces the principle of communication technology of Industrial Ethernet. The forth chapter analyzes the application probability of Profibus in controlling-management system. The fifth chapter deeply studies design of controlling-management system based on fieldbus. The sixth chapter probes into design of configuration picture of controlling-management system based on fieldbus. The seventh chapter presents way of distribution on remote-control information based on B/S structure.
