With the development of facility fishery in China, as the core of fisheries modernization, the automatic monitoring of environmental factors has gained more and more people's attentions. Real-time detection of cultivation environmental parameters takes an important part in regulation of cultivation water quality. Daily management and feeding level is also take an important part in the regulation of water quality. Traditional environmental monitoring system can only give an alarm after detecting the water quality variation, but can not provide scientific management methods, prevent deterioration of water quality and reduce losses due to water quality problems. This thesis focuses on the inadequacies of traditional test systems, design and develop real-time monitoring system of the aquaculture environmental factors, which has expert system. We realized the real-time measurement, display and storage of aquaculture environmental factors, and build PC expert system to provide users with scientific management and feeding methods. To optimize the cultivation process, reduce cultivation costs, improve cultivation income. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Through analysising several types of environmental factors computer hardware control system, the system used SCC two-rank computer architecture to monitor. Combine aquaculture the characteristics of environment factors and status of our sensors to determine the system water temperature, dissolved oxygen, and PH to monitor. Select AT89S51 MCU as the core of the lower machine.(2) Hardware design of the system is mainly the design of microcomputer system, according to the fact that the selected micro-sensor output signals is analog voltage signal, a signal amplification circuit and analog-digital conversion circuit are designed, in order to save microcontroller running time ADC is used in an interrupt mode; Communication between Upper and Lower adopted F21DM wireless module to support RS232 interface, a serial communication circuit is designed; in order to achieve single operation of SCM systems, the display circuit and alarm circuit are designed; during the process of circuit design the anti-interference measurement is adopted. Test showed that the SCM system design is right. Between the upper and lower computer adopted F21DM wireless module, which avoid the shortcomings of the wiring difficulty of the cultivation environment.(3) System software including PC software, and lower machine software. In PC software, expert system was established according to the different stages of aquaculture, and the design of knowledge base, inference engine, model library are completed. If the user provided cultured species, culture methods and culture stage , the measurement adopted in management and points fot attention are showed, and also provide feed ration, to reduce waste and environmental pollution caused by over-feeding; lower computer use modular design, to achieve function of data display and transmission of SCM system.(4) In this paper, the whole system is tested, and test results are analyzed, the entire system achieves the automatic monitoring of aquaculture environmental factors and user guidance function. Finally, conclusion and further research prospects are made.The system has good real-time, versatility, reliability, high degree of automation and cost-effective. And the system functions independently, lower computer system can work alone to achieve automatic monitoring of a small aquaculture sites and traditional switching control.
