| This subject develops a set of wireless network remote monitoring system for aquaculture with adoption of embedded ARM+linux with aims to solve problems of inaccurate water quality environmental parameters by manual observation and control and limitations in wiring and non-portable of cable monitoring etc in traditional aquaculture industry. This system can provide a set of convenient, portable, accurate and reliable new method to aquaculture industry.This design mainly consists of three parts, which include transceiver device for remote field data collection, server transfer storage device and handheld terminal display control device. Remote field section uses MSP430f149 SCM to transfer water quality parameter analog collected by dissolved oxygen sensor, temperature sensor,water level sensor and PH sensor into digital quantity; each parameter will be processed by filtration and used as data source controlled by ON-OFF to realize automatic control for opening and closing of oxygen pump and water pump. Besides this, each data is also needed to be transferred to Huawei GTM900 C wireless module through USART asynchronous communication serial port and set up TCP connection through this module and deliver each water quality parameter to remote database server and make storage by way of wireless transmission mode.Server operates linux system sets up embedded server specially designed for aquaculture and realizes data communication to external through WiFi card wireless connection router with adoption of Sam Sung ARM9 configuring S3C2440 chip with necessary peripheral modules. Transplant SQLite database to server, make category insert and storage to parameters sent by remote field end and can meet recall request by handheld terminal.what’s more,which replaced the the host computer and eliminate redundant function module, with the anvantages of cost cheap, light equipment and convenient.Handheld terminal also adopts S3C2440 and linux to set up smallest system,make human computer interaction through LCD touch screen and realize data exchange with server under mobile state with adoption of 3G high-speed wireless module. Handheld terminal can not only check data from field side, but also send control command to server and then transfer to field side to control opening and closing of oxygen pump and water pump and maintain and change water quality parameter by manual intervention.Through testing, analysis and comparison with water quality parametermeasuring instrument developed by third party Leici and Dekong Company,this system with high precision.Besides,which has short interactive response time among field side, server and client, high success rate in data transmission, easy interface operation, clear manual categories and smooth switching and friendly human-computer interaction experience. Therefore, this design has certain stability and applicability, which can be applied to aquaculture sites through further improvement and product production test. |
