Temperature is a key parameter of survival rate and yield of breeding objects in industrial aquaculture, the quality of temperature control is directly related to the economic benefit of aquaculture.With heat exchange adopted, fuzzy PID control algorithm used, and the duty cycle of pulse solenoid value controlled by PWM(Pulse Width Modulation), a automatic temperature control system is designed based on STM32F103CB in this paper, the system can communicate with upper computer by Modbus communication protocol.The system can provide heat exchange for hot water and the cold water used in culture pond, and the temperature of culture pond can be automatically regulated to be stable within given range by controlling the flow of hot water, what's more, control instructions, such as setting temperature, can be input into user interface of upper computer to finish the monitor work.Fuzzy-PID control has advantages of both fuzzy control and PID control, it has short adjusting time, small overshoot, good robustness, high control accuracy with steady-state error within±0.2℃and strong inhibitory ability for jamming signals.
