Chinese society has walked into the automobile era, which makes vehicle be a part of people's lives. The market need for vehicle operational comfort is increasing. Transmission shift feel is one of the important elements influencing the evaluation of vehicle operational comfort. Synchronizer is widely used in manual gearbox to reduce shift impact and improve manipulate comfort. It is necessary to design a high transmission efficiency, high shifting capability, and low cost synchronizer.Because the complicated mechanism and random engagement of synchronizer are shrouded in a short time, it is difficult to realize the synchronization process by experiment. The thesis analyzed the theory of synchronization process, then made the synchronizer components modeling with UG Software and assembled the synchronizer with these parts. A dynamic simulation model was developed with ADAMS Software. Consequently, research on synchronizer parameters was made to analyze the influence to the synchronization process. |
