Design And Accomplish Of Archives Management Systems Base On UML

With the increasing improvement of the nation's education system, the expansion of operation of schools in the university, and the increment of varieties and numbers of archives, the traditional archives management method, means and efficiency cannot adapt to the new development requirements, incapable of accomplishing the management work of school archives. In order to improve the management efficiency and cut down the costs, this paper puts forward the needs for development of archives management information systems.The paper refers to the archives management systems which use the C/S mode, Delphi7.0 techniques and SQL Server. First from the school paper is now hardware devices and management perspective expatiated on the records management system needs analysis, main contents including the project development and analysis of the business process, and that the functional requirements. On the basis of the requirements analysis, this thesis expatiated on the system design principle and system architecture, and the system of the major function of the module and a database for the design analyses.
